2Ayagah's Administration will be transparent the people will be able to follow and understand the decision making process,this means that they wil be alble to clearly see how and why a decision was made.what information,advice, and consultation council considered and which legislative requirement( when relevant council followed).
3Ayagah's Administration will duely follow the rule of law,this implies that decisions wil be consistent with relevant legislation or common law and are within the powers of the council.
4 Ayagah's Administration will be responsive,local Government will always strive to serve the needs of the entire community,while balancing competiting interest in a timely,appropriate and responsive manner.
5 Ayagah's Adminisration will be equitable and inclusive by all groups especially the most vulnurable.the choice of Tyoshin people have found me worthy sufficient to serve as the next chairman,I have stepped forth on this mission convinced that i have availed myself the right calibre and high degree of preparation to serve my people,the seed of purposeful leadership is sown when the consent of the citizens to its leadership is freely and democraticaly given and bealiving that the essence of Government is to improve and protect the welfare of its citizens..our sincere,colletive and tireless efforts will not be wasted in futility.
